Cats on Tuesday

Hello dear COT friends.

This morning everything is wrong here on my blog. Sorry, but I can´t change it because I have no time to load the video again. So I let the mess like it is. Today you find the COT grafic at last not at first.


I made a black Halloweencat decoration. The star wand and the tiny witch hat is from my Swap partner Debbie. You can see it on my other blogLuna has a bad eye again this morning. She says: "Please clean my eye!" and she is very thankfull when I do it .
Little Olli is not in a good shape....why? He received his first flea protection with "Frontline"
He don´t like the feeling of the wet fur and he don´t like the taste. He very restless about it.
Look at his dissasitfied expression in his face... he don´t know that it is good for him.
Here is the mess....I can´t remove or replace the graphic today. Sorry!

Sunny day!

Trip to Bremerhaven!

Seit es deutlich kälter geworden ist hält sich Luna wieder öfter im Haus auf. Heute hat sie den ganzen Tag in meinem Bett verbracht. Eigentlich darf sie nicht ins Bett. Da wir aber den ganzen Tag nicht zu Hause waren hat sie es gleich ausgenutzt.... Luna is more in the house since it become cold in Germany. Today she has throughout the day slept in my bed . Actually she is not allowed to go in my bed but we were not at home today... Olli allein zu Haus.....zum Glück waren ja Luna und Patch auch noch da.
Olli alone at home....fortunately were Luna and Patch also still there.
Während die Tiere also den Tag verschlafen haben waren wir in Bremerhaven. Das Wetter war herrlich und wir haben uns alles angesehen, was die Hafenwelt so hergibt.
The pets slept at home and we visited Bremerhaven. The weather was cold but sunny.
Dies ist ein neues Einkaufzentrum...es ist ganz im mediterranen Stil gehalten. Die Glaskuppel von aussen....this is a new shopping mall. Here you can see the glass dome outside...
....und die Glaskuppel von innen. hier ist eine Piazza entstanden. Leider war noch nicht alles geöffnet und wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht von dem groß angekündigten "Mediterraneo"
....and the glass dome from inside....Here is arose an italian piazza. The name of the mall is "Mediterraneo"
Steffen hingegen ist glücklich, nicht nur,weil er mit Papa ein U-Boot besichtigen durfte, sondern weil er diesen süßen Teddy und eine ganze Box voller Candies von Karla bekommen hat.
Steffen is very happy. He received this cuddly bear and a box full of candies from my friend Karla and Miss Peach.

Cats on Tuesday

Big Related
We have fall holidays and the weather was good yesterday so we had been in the Zoo . They had all sorts of animals there but what is a Zoo without big cats....the big related of our small furry friends at home
The lions have 6 babies..... Lion Daddy love it to nap in the sun. It was the last beautiful day in Oktober ....the weather forecast announced RAIN again for the next days...
...and look at Luna....it was right....we have RAIN this morning. Luna is wet when I let her in....

On sunday I showed you a picture of Olli and .....Patch....
Here are more....they become friends.... the pictures are not very good because I had to hurry...
Olli taste the smell f the dog fur....and he tried to groom it....
....then he fall asleep near the warm furry dog....
Patch is not very thrilled...but he tolerated it..... He is a good dog !!!

It´s good to have one friend....it does not matter what he is.... *HaPpY TuEsDaY*

Freunde oder nicht Friends or not

Heute ist es mir gelungen diese Foto zu machen. Es sieht aus als wären sie Freunde geworden....sieht aber nur so aus...Luzie knurrt beim fressen und Olli ist zu verfressen um sich davon beeindrucken zu lassen.

Today I took this photo. it looks like Luzie and Olli become friends....it looks like....but it isn´t....Luzie snarl and Olli is too hungry to be impressed of that....No...not become friend and I think they´ll never become friends.

Fall is coming soon in northern Germany with falling leaves in all colors. The kids have now fall holidays for the next 2 weeks.
We had some beautiful sunny days here and it is over the day warm and mild. There is a lot to do in the garden before the cold days comes.
Everyone knows I´m a big cat lover but now I want to tell you about the moments when I hate cats.
Last friday Luna catched a young Pigeon that was fallen out of the nest. I took it to the vet, he cares the wound and says to me I must put the pigeon there back where I found it because the Pigeon mother feed the young bird on the ground too. He says otherwise the pigeon has no chance....
I put the pigeon back and took Luna into the house. then I wait for the mother pigeon...She never comes back after hours and I decided to feed the young bird. I googled what young pigeons like to eat and when I know that I wanted to go out .....Steffen should be care the pigeon that no other cat catch the pigeon.....but when he comes out he screames: Oh no, Mum....
The neighboring cat"Mecki" has killed the young bird.....
.I´m glad that Luna was not the killer , but she want to do it, the young bird never had a chance ...those are moments when I hate cats.

Olli is growing daily. He is eating the whole day and he love it to eat the food of the others too.
I hope he will not be a fat cat one day....Fortunately he don´t like the dog food, because he and Patch becomes good friend and Patch would let him eat his dog food.

Cats on Tuesday

After so much dead mice every Tuesday I want to show you today some cute pictures . Nevertheless we have still enough mice every morning.
If kitten are small they looks cute in every position and everything they do over the day.
Olli is the cutest if he sleeps.
This is his favorite sleeping position...
Olli has a new friend. It is Lunas old rat . We bought the rat at Ikea if Luna was a small kitten.
Olli love his rat ...he fight with the rat and he sleep with the rat...
It is going to be cold in northern Germany. The neighboring cat Mecki prefer it to sleep everywhere in the neighborhood but not at home. She love it to sleep at night at our gardenbench. Christian built her a nest against the strong wind.
She is so thankful about that.

Tolle Aussicht Good view


Guckt mal.....wo ich stehe !!!!

Guess where I am ...... Ja, genau da wo der Pfeil ist. I´m.. there ...

Wir sind in Bremen und das ist der St.Petri Dom. Klaus hatte schon Donnerstag schulfrei und da er Kirchen liebt haben wir diesen Ausflug gemacht.
We are in Bremen and that is the St.Petri Dom.
Ganz schön hoch ....genau 265 Stufen.....bis man diese tolle Aussicht geniessen konnte.
Quite high....265 steps ....and we had this wonderful view.
Blick auf den Rathausplatz und das historische Rathaus (rechts) und ganz klein kann man den berühmten Roland erkennen. Here you can see the historical town hall square and the town hall (right)

Die grünen Kupferdächer vom Dom . Ganz schön windig war es da oben und vom steilen Aufstieg hatte ich 2 Tage Muskelkater, aber die Aussicht hat sich wirklich gelohnt und mit dem Wetter hatten wir auch Glück, denn heute giesst es wieder.... the green Copper roofs of the Dom. It was very stormy above there but we are lucky about the good weather. Today we have rain and storm here....sunday weather...
Hier noch die Mühle aus den Wallanlagen. Here is a old Windmill in the "Wallanlage" in Bremen.

Im Wäldchen neben dem Fußballfeld haben wir zwei kleine Igel gefunden. Sie waren noch ganz zutraulich und ohne Angst. We found two tiny hedgehoggies near the football field. They where very friendly and without fear.

Zum Glück haben sie noch etwas Zeit zum Wachsen. Bis es Winter wird dauert es hoffentlich noch gaaaaaanz lange. Fortunately they have time enough to grow for the winter.
